The base salary for a Quality Assurance Tester in Santiago is 14,377,700 $

Responsibilities: • Review and analyze system specifications. • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to develop effective strategies and test plans. • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. • Evaluate product code according to specifications. • Create logs to document testing phases and defects. • Report bugs and errors to development teams. • Help troubleshoot issues. • Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing. • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Quality assurance tester or similar role. • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing. • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors. • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr) and SQL. • Attention to detail. • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude. • Strong organizational skills. • An understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment. • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic. • Excellent communication skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies and other. • Experience with software QA tools and processes. • Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. • Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases. • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing. • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools. • Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. • Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus. • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.',
